Hicham is a highly accomplished Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of success in building long-term client relationships, sourcing top-tier talent, and managing complex recruitment projects from inception to completion. Throughout his career, he has consistently exceeded targets while maintaining outstanding levels of candidate and client satisfaction – values that align perfectly with the Clear Choice ethos.

Most recently, Hicham worked as a self-employed Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, managing high-value RPO accounts across the UK, Europe, and the US. During this time, he developed specialist expertise in cybersecurity and financial technology, placing candidates into senior management, director, and C-suite roles. His ability to operate confidently across international markets and multiple time zones has given him a deep understanding of cultural nuance, stakeholder management, and the demands of fast-moving global recruitment.

Earlier in his career, Hicham held senior and leadership positions within established recruitment businesses, where he contributed to strategic direction, supported business development initiatives, and mentored junior consultants. He has also founded and run his own IT recruitment consultancy, successfully building a client base and candidate network from the ground up and managing all operational aspects of the business.

Hicham’s background includes working on high-profile corporate accounts for major organisations and delivering recruitment solutions across a wide range of industry sectors. This breadth of experience has given him strong multi-sector knowledge spanning IT, engineering, finance, legal, healthcare, cybersecurity, and financial services.
