As Managing Director of Clear Choice Recruitment, a specialist recruitment agency, Richard has extensive experience setting strategic direction, driving business growth, and building high-performing teams. He has worked closely with clients across a wide range of sectors, partnering at senior management level to understand hiring challenges and deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned to business objectives.
Richard specialises in recruiting commercial and operational professionals across Sales and Marketing disciplines, as well as Office Support and business services roles. His expertise includes building recruitment campaigns from the ground up, developing new market opportunities, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and client engagement through to candidate placement and onboarding.
